EN ICU – Pretoria

Job Description

Our client a national private hospital group is looking for an Enrolled Nurse – ICU to work at their hospital in Pretoria.

Qualification & Requirements;

• Qualification as an Enrolled Nurse
• Registration with South African Nursing Council (SANC)
• Previous experience in an ICU environment will be an advantage
• Minimum 6 months experience
• Excellent communication skills

Key Areas

• Stabilize patients
• Provide rapid assessment and treatment to patients
• Administer medication under supervision
• Document medical history
• Maintain proper supplies of medical equipment
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to prioritize and making decisions
• Perform other position-related duties according to the scope of practice
